Terms & Conditions



These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations and stays at Magnaura Apartments. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.


Reservations and Payment

  • A reservation is considered confirmed once payment has been made according to the conditions specified at the time of booking.
  • Prices include accommodation, utilities, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning unless otherwise stated.
  • Local city tax (where applicable) is charged separately in accordance with municipal regulations.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Guests are requested to advise us in advance of their estimated arrival time.
  • Check-out is required by 11:00 on the day of departure. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities

  • The apartment is for the exclusive use of the registered guests listed in the booking.
  • The maximum occupancy stated in the booking must not be exceeded.
  • Guests are required to respect our House Rules, including the prohibition of smoking inside the apartments, no parties or events, and observing quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.
  • Guests are expected to maintain the property in good condition and to use furnishings and equipment with care.

Damages and Losses

  • Any damage, loss, or breakage must be reported immediately.
  • Guests may be held financially responsible for repair or replacement costs.
  • Magnaura is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings during your stay.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the rate selected at the time of booking and are clearly stated in the booking confirmation.
  • Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for reimbursement.

Liability

  • Magnaura shall not be held liable for interruptions to services (such as electricity, water supply, or internet) caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their personal property.

Safety

  • Guests must ensure that the apartment is securely locked and that all windows are closed when leaving.
  • Open flames, candles, or hazardous appliances are not permitted.

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arezzo, Italy.
